...to our Managing Director, who, following a successful assessment regime is now a member of 'The Chartered Institute of Building.' The team is very proud of the CIOB mark which we will proudly add to our business livery. Membership of this prestigious institution is well deserved. Well done John!!

Following recent success in CQI assignments and examinations, we are delighted to announce that we now have a chartered member on our team.  

Using the ISO 9001standard to develop our current practices and procedures, we will integrate these into our own comprehensive quality management system. This will greatly assist us in our plans to gain ISO 9001 certification, and add value by eliminating waste and seeking continuous improvement within all of our processes. 

Our industry has probably never been more competitive. Our clients continually demand higher quality in a shorter time and at a cheaper cost. To meet this demand our team must continually adopt different tools and strategies in order to improve our performance. This has put our approach to quality forever higher on our agenda. 

To assist us in this, we welcome the contribution of a final year business degree student who joined us this summer for a period of work experience. Her dissertation proposal, now agreed and approved by the university, will examine the advantages and disadvantages of various common approaches to ISO certification within the construction industry.
