Somerwood
Somerwood is private residential new build in the heart of the Ribble Valley. This large environmentally friendly house comes complete with tennis court, sustainable drainage, extensive tree planting and eco-friendly innovative ground source heating and hot water system. St Mary’s College
£3.4m new build and design project. With deep piled and ring beamed foundations, these ultra-modern hi-tech facilities were delivered to our client successfully and within budget. The new Arts Centre has state of the art theatrical devices, including retractable seating in a multi-purpose room used for rehearsal and performances, as well as state of the art lighting and sound technology. The building also includes several rehearsal and workshop spaces, a dance studio, as well as hosting a music room outfitted with the latest computer software, and a new recording studio. The building benefits from ‘green’ surface water attenuation and rainwater management systems providing sustainable drainage solutions. |
