In addition to undertaking both industrial and commercial refurbishments, we can also undertake private residential refurbishments. Below are three of our most recent refurbishment projects.

Woodfield Farm Barn Conversion

A large random stone four bedroom three bathroom barn conversion in the Ribble Valley utilising recycled and reclaimed materials sourced locally and in keeping with the character of the area. The parquet flooring to the open plan living area was reclaimed from a nearby Victorian church hall.

Residential Refurbishment

This private residential property was handed to us for a complete internal refurbishment, and some external works. We carried out an asbestos survey at the property and removed all asbestos present. The internal refurbishment included a new kitchen, windows, doors, bathrooms, WC, new gas fire, re-wiring in various parts of the house and new flooring and decoration throughout. External works included, removing the garage, trees and shrubs, and installing a fence, gates and new gutters. We also removed the old driveway and replaced with a new tarmac driveway.

Private Barn Conversion

During converting this run down barn into a residential property for a private client, we used the innovative cavity protection system; Cav-Form. The clients are delighted with this as it has increased their internal floor space and saved them money on their labour and material costs. The barn was an exciting project for us as it offered us the opportunity to improve beyond measure the property and exceed the client’s expectations.
